Hello,
I was looking for a html template and there was 2 main features I am looking for; First of all I want it to support Rtl, and second it must have sign up button. However, I couldn't see any statement pointing to these kind of features. would you please tell me how can I get aware of these details before downloading an individual template?

Nicepage not support RTL mode.

There is more advanced tool from Nicepage developers: Themler - there you can enable RTL mode. But Themler is more for template development, not for content. You can try to use Themler + 3rd Party Page Builder (Nicepage or SP Page Builder).

Themler is quite old, but more advanced and stable tool. We ask developers for new version, you can also vote for Themler 2.0 with Bootstrap 5 and support only two CMS: Joomla 4 and WordPress 5.

RTL in Themler is under Settings.
