Why if I designed a site that I can not open it from another device! Only from my device.. Please explain the reason and how to open it from more than one device
Are you using the online web app or Desktop app?
Online, you should be able to login and see your sites.
Desktop app: you'll need to export your site as a Project file and copy it over to your other computer, then import it.

Unfortunately, there's no synchronization between your version of the Nicepage Desktop App and the other versions of the Nicepage Desktop App, as your projects/websites are stored on your PC only. By default, the path is .../Documents/Nicepage that you can always change in the Desktop App from Profile>>Preferences, you can keep your projects on Google Drive, Dropbox or any other cloud that you are comfortable with. Or as an option you can export your website as a project and then import this project on another PC
