Ask a Question

Hi
The exported nicepage.css is HUGE.

We just want to be able to create small light page elements.

Like your block with 3 columns.

The css should be very small for this.

But, your export has 2 CSS files.

And the nicepage.css is over 1 meg...

How can we just export the css that is used on the page?
NOT all the css that may be used for a full site?

Thx :-)
J

Hello,

You do not need to publish or anything, export as HTML or Nicepage project open it manually from your desktop, and take the CSS file that you want, which you need. There are CSS files for all pages, do not take all pages, take only the first page or whatever you want.

Please contact us if any additional questions.

Hi, first you must publish your project and then you select that you want and you can use Extract Snippet as a Chrome plugin to extract only html+css necessary

Hello,

Thank you for your interest in Nicepage.

Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do in the application to make the size of the exported files CSS smaller.
Nicepage is a theme generator, so we cannot provide the pure clean code for the exact design that you have created, we need to cover all the possible designs a user may want to add on his site. All styles and scripts contained in the exported project files are required for Nicepage to function properly and to display the pages correctly.
I suggest you to use some optimization tools, this should be helpful.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
