Transparency not working

1 image does not initiate the transparency option where it did when it updated this am. The rest have this...tried restarting, switching the image and still no option.

Clarify please, do you mean that you don't have the transparency option for the image? If yes, it seems that this image is a background one. This is the correct behavior when background images do not have the transparency option. Otherwise, please attach a few screenshots or a short video demonstrating your issue.
