It has been brough to my attention by another Nicepage user that my Nicepage environment does not display the correct options on my Form > Submit, hence why it isn't working on my website.

Please see screen shot attached. I understand it should display the following as options:

-URL
-Send email with PHP Script
-Contact Form 7
-Joomla Form
-Mailchimp

Please advise. Thank you!

Hi, Adriana,

On your screenshot, Nicepage Online is demonstrated. Indeed, only three submit options are available in Nicepage Online while five mentioned options are available in Nicepage Desktop.

So I'm using the online version but I need to simple PHP form, I need to install the desktop version, move my site to that version and work the form there, in order for it to work?

Yes, this option is available only in Nicepage Desktop. Please read this article: https://nicepage.com/doc/62334/send-emails-with-php-script
Please make sure that your server is configured for sending emails.
