Ask a Question

Hi There, I purchased the designer package and went to export my project from the online builder and was notified that I need the other premium plan. Can you credit it to me or tell me what I'm doing wrong?

If I use the desktop app would that work?

Thanks,

David

The online version includes hosting and is a separate product from the desktop version, which you have.

Is there a way to take the previously exported project and import it into the desktop site? I’ve tried importing the .zip file, folder, and index.html,but nothing worked. I don’t want to have to recreate my site…

Before you accuse them of anything, what specifically?
Users that update after a year revert back to Starter version.
Click your name top right and look at your versions.

Hello oziris.ri,

After the one year of free updates expires, you will no longer get free updates for the desktop application and CMS plugins. If you wish to update to newer versions, you'll need to renew your plan.

You will be able to use the same version you downloaded before the one year of free updates expired. This version can be used to edit existing content or create a new one.

Here's what you can do:

  1. Pay for the next year of updates, which is the initial cost - 40% (cost minus 40%);
    or
  2. Use the latest version available with premium features for an unlimited amount of time;
    or
  3. Use the latest version released in our Free Starter plan (without premium features).

All the premium features will be available after the one year of free updates expires, unless you update the desktop app and plugins to the latest available version.
