Send email with PHP script

I have this working fine, however for the field that says "From".. how can you pull the email from the form to show up as the From when the email is sent via the form? Right now it says "from@site.com" as an example. But seems you could use code there to pull from the form itself so it comes through.

Please elaborate more on that and attach some screenshots for illustration purposes.

Also I had the worst time getting reCAPTCHA to work.

I've attached the issues. The first you see may be wishful thinking. I tried a few things that didn't work. Wasn't sure if there is a code to call for that form email or not.

The other issue with the reCAPTCHA.. I just couldn't get it to show. So I followed those steps in the link you posted. But the issue was I didn't know how to put it above or below the submit button. Like you have it on here.. below where it says Add Post, I want the same exact thing.. "I'm not a robot" reCAPTCHA. I just can't see to find out to add it. I prefer to stick with the PHP script for mailing too.. as the Contact Form 7 seems to jumble the form in the email instead of keeping it nice and clean.

In the field From, you need to use the email, that the system will send emails From to >>> your email. And it must be related to your website domain name, info@mywebsite.com e.g.

If you set up the ReCaptcha correct you will see on your website, right down the corner, a small square where written recaptcha.
If you want "I'm not a robot" reCAPTCHA on your website, use third-party plugins for that.
