As I see from your title, you mean Designer App Pack, don't you? If yes, the Designer App Pack license is a lifetime license with one year of free updates. After the period of free updates expires, you will not be able to use new versions of Nicepage with Premium features until you prolong a year of updates. For prolonging, we provide a 40% discount from the initial price of the license. Alternatively, you can keep using old versions with Premium features (it will be the versions that will be released before one year of updates will expire).
Please note that Designer App Pack provides Premium features for Nicepage Desktop and the Nicepage plugin for CMS. Nicepage Online requires another license.

Can the software be used independently without an internet connection

Nicepage uses online authorization for security purposes. However, you can use Nicepage Desktop offline if you logged in previously. In this case, the Predesigned Templates and Stock Images won't be available. Nicepage Online and the Nicepage plugin for CMS always require an Internet connection.
