Clarify please, what exactly do you want to achieve? In general, you can set a hover animation for an image. Click on the image, then go to the Hover tab and select the needed animation.

If you mean something else, please let us know about that.

This suggestion does not work, I choose an animation for Hover - Picture and it does not work .
It's about changing the image after you hover the cursor over it:

Zgadza się. W najnowszej wersji 4.3.3. nie działa najechanie na obrazek.
Po zmianie obrazka w pozycji hover - przyjmuje on wygląd w pozycji normal i hover.
Jest też zepsutych kilka innych rzeczy w tej wersji - regres.

We don't mean a background image, but an ordinary image and hover over it with the mouse.

The hover animation could be used on the Image element even if it's not the full background image.
If you face any troubles with that - please create a separate topic and add your project so we can investigate the problem.
