3 of 6 pages are not on website after publishing

Please do the following:
- open your Modules >> Menu Module >> open the tab Menu assignment and select the module to be assigned on all pages.
- go to the Menus >> select your home menu >> edit menu items >> select the corresponding item for error page >> re-assign the article from the list once again.

If it doesn't help, please send here your desktop project exported as project and temporary credentials to your admin panel.

The only problem that still remains is on the contact-page I still don't see the menu, but it is there and it works, but you can't see it. Any idea?

Please try to reapply the color settings to the menu items, save and check, after that tell us about the results.
