I bought Designer App Pack personal and it says on description:
Export to static HTML website
Export Wordpress pages and themes

How do I export the website?

What happens when you press the Export button in the top bar?
It should open a context box with options for HTML, etc.

You have the Desktop license, and you're trying to use the online builder that includes hosting.
They are separate products.
You should be using the Desktop app.
https://nicepage.com/download
If you already built the site online, export it as a Project file and import it into the Desktop app.
