now i have understood what to do for e-commerce with woocommerce and nicepage but looking in the template the button buy now or add to cart how those are connected to an existing product of woocommerce product

These buttons will work once you export the eCommerce templates (Product List Template, Product Details Template, Shopping Cart template) from Nicepage and import them to WordPress.
