Good morning can you tell me if:
meta tags and functional head html that are found in the HTML tab of the page property are they also useful if I use joomla or wordpress?
and if I just have to insert some writings or I have to insert an HTML code?

Yes, meta tags are important for the SEO of your website, but the main ones we've already separated are in the SEO tab of the Page Settings. In the HTML tab you can paste the code of the rest Meta tags that you need. In Additional Head HTML you can insert some other code like Javascript code.
