Hi,

The HTML control is available under the Add drop-down menu as any other control. It can be used to insert the custom code into the page.

I have the latest version of your product, downloaded this weekend and I am having issues using the add HTML feature. When i place the element within the block, it doesn't allow me to type nor past in the box. Please explain how I resolve this issue. I would like to paste an embed code within a block.

Also how does your contact us form work? Is there a setting or setup panel that collects the form data and pass along to a sendmail function? Please explain or point me to a help section on the forms functionality.

Use the Code area on the Property Panel to edit the HTML Element. You can drag it and resize it according to your needs.

You can create your own Contact Form or you can use our presets. Go to Submit on the Property Panel and choose the method you like.

How can I update my online page using HTML when the "add HTML" feature is only accessible on the desktop version? The live site is out of sync with the desktop version, so uploading new content risks introducing old material. How do I navigate this issue, especially since there's no webcam feature available?

Hello John,

Yes, the desktop application and online builder are not synchronized, although you can upload a copy of the project directly in the dashboard.
HTML element is available for both desktop application and online builder.
You need a license to use it, see attached.
