Ask a Question

Question or a bug or setup.

On Nicepage in WINDOWS 10, my Home page (Accueil in french) is setup to have 6 entry of my blog (3 column and 2 row. Which work fine on the computer.

When I update the WORDPRESS on my website, my home page has all the blog followed by all the pictures of the blog.

To correct this, i have to go in the Nicepage plugin to edit the page. In the plugin it only show the number of column and an entry for the number of post count.
If I put 6 (3 columns X 2 rows), then everything is as designed

My questions :
Is there a way to update without having to change this everytime ?
Is it a setup I forgot or is is an update to be made later as both side menu (computer and plugin) are not the same ?

Thanks

Hi, Robert,

Is there a way to update without having to change this everytime ?

The Post Count option is available only in the Blog Post Element in the plugin and in the Blog Template. The Element can be easily edited in the plugin while the Blog Template can be edited only in Nicepage Desktop or Online.

In general, the WordPress theme including Blog Template, Post Template, etc. can be updated only in Nicepage Desktop or Online. Header, Footer, Colors, Typography, and the Menu design can be also edited in the plugin, but these changes will be applied only to Nicepage pages in WordPress.
Pages (Content) can be created and edited in the plugin as well. Please check these articles:

https://nicepage.com/doc/67768/export-and-update-of-wp-theme-from-app
https://nicepage.com/doc/67690/export-and-update-of-wp-content-from-app

Is it a setup I forgot or is is an update to be made later as both side menu (computer and plugin) are not the same ?

For a better understanding, please attach a screenshot of what you mean under this question. If you mean the Property and Block/Element panel, they can differ in the desktop app and the plugin.
