I purchased the Web App With Hosting + Designer App Package and I do not have the option to create a domain name or publish my site.

I am using https://nicepage.com/doc/1293/assign-a-domain as a reference but those options are not available to me.

I've also reinstalled Nicepage and signed in out of the account to confirm my license was activated.

None of the above resolved the issue.

Can you please advise?

Assigning a custom domain and publishing is available only in Nicepage Online, not Desktop. You can open Nicepage Online here: https://nicepage.com/Editor/Siteboard/#/dashboard
If you need to transfer a Project from Desktop to Online, simply export it as a Project from Desktop and import it to Online.
