cookie login issue firefox

Hi All

I have an issue with editing an article with nicepage.
Msg to login when entered details msg enable 3rd party cookies for nicepage.
Edited the manage cookies to allow from nicepage.com but still have the issue.
Removed and deleted Firefox and profiles from roaming reinstalled, still the same issue.
Firefox version 96, 64bit.

Hello AVP,

Please check your FireFox browser settings >> Notification and Block pop-up windows and allow nicepage.com to send both.

After you log in into your admin panel with FF, you have probably missed that FF had blocked the pop-up window to login into your Nicepage account. That is the reason you have blank page when you open the Nicepage editor in Joomla with Firefox browser.
Or you need to log in to nicepage.com with another tab in FF and after continue to log in to your Joomla site.

Please let us know your result.
If the issue continues please allow all cookies for testing. Does the issue continue?

Because this is still an open ticket: I got the same issue.
1) Allowing all cookies doesn't work
2) Deactivating PopUp blocker doesn't work
3) There is no possibility to allow notifications

In Chrome everything works.

Unfortunately, I was hoping to move over to NP for this project and future ones and the ability of using vurtualmart. At present, I use J2shop for my clients.

But the software is just too flaky a boll of blancmange, the integration of the desktop with the website and templates is awful. Not being able to do all from the website and not bother with the desktop.

I think (know) NP need to concentrate on the getting rid of the need for the desktop and do all on the site. Or have proper integration that works and not hit and mis. I am now going back to SPPB joomshaper :( I love the WYSIWYG interface of NP and setting up pure HTML sites. File management is also dreadful, not allowing directories/folders.
Stop doing gizmos and get the basics done.

Please do the following >> open your FF settings >>delete your browser history>>add nicepage.com to the list of sites in Notification and Block pop-up windows >> login into nicepage.com in the new tab>>open the new tab in the same browser window to enter your site >>login in as usual and check your Nicepage plugin.

If this doesn't help, please open the new private ticket and send there the screenshot of your browser cookies settings and provide us with a temporary admin access, therefore we could check it from our side.

Thank you for the feedback, we appreciate all the responses, that is true.

Nicepage Theme creation for CMS as Joomla or WordPress is possible only with the desktop application with Plugin editor being fully integrated for further Nicepage pages editing. It is highly recommended that themes and plugins be updated to avoid any problems that may be caused by inconsistent versions.
The Template includes Header, Footer, Sidebar and all the Templates from the Template list. Pages are content. So you can edit Theme elements and export them on site.
Please specify what exact issues you had with Theme integration on site, please attach your Project and provide a link to the site with the issue.

We have added Page Folders that allow you to structure and organize your website pages in folders, more information about site management you can find in this article - https://nicepage.com/doc/184213/hover-box-animation-page-folders. Please elaborate more about the issue you had with managing folders with your site.

Please confirm if the initial issue with FireFox browser access is solved for you and how.

Hallo NP-Team, i have the same problem since yesterday. Although the page was added as an exception in the settings as an exception. However, the character does not come safely - see screen. And I can't log in here either.

Hello davidfS,

Please clear Cookies and Site Data in Firefox and then log in on the Nicepage website. Afterward relaunched Nicepage editor and the autologin should work ok.
The login with Chrome and other browsers works ok. The issue is related to one of the most recent FF updates.

Step-by-step instruction:

1/ clear FF settings
2/ login NP account
3/ login to concerned site admin
4/ click and open article to modify
5/ click on "edit with np"
6/ login NP plugin
