I made 1st column as per attached snapshot but when i try to duplicate it then it paste on previous one . Can you please guide me how i can make this design in 3 columns ?

If you want your Grid columns to have the same design, use the Grid Repeater Element where you can also set a needed number of columns and rows manually. Please read this article: https://nicepage.com/doc/83204/grid-repeater
