I would just like to use nicepages to copy a template layout for 1 of many pages on my website.

If I use this template, and then generate an income with my webpage, am I infringing ?

Does nice pages have any ownership of my site?

put it plain and simply please. I have read over your license agreement and still do not understand if this is infringement.
(it's not a porno site, it's more like an online store.

That's great that you've checked already the License Agreement. Make sure to check the Terms of use and Privacy Policy as well. We have no problems if you want to earn from it. You can sell the websites, but make sure the Nicepage plugin is not included for sale and be careful with the stock images, due to authorship rights. As we use the images for demonstration purposes only, not for selling.
