I am trying to implement a link with html in one block, but everytime I try to do so everything disappears.

Yes, the link I attached in the question with an html frame.

Hi Shazeb,

If you need to integrate it in the block, then you need to have the iframe or embed code that you can then insert in the HTML control in the page where you want this form to appear.
