How do I install a site certificate. When people visit the site they get a message this site is not secure.

You need an SSL added to your host.
Getting one from a third party like Namecheap will probably be cheaper than getting one from your host.

If you mean the hcpportal.co.za website, please check your registrar panel, there shouldn't be two A record. It looks like you have two at this moment. Please also check this article for more information: https://nicepage.com/doc/1293/assign-a-domain

having 2 A records is just fine. My websites have 6. webmail.domain.tld", ipv4.domain.tld, ns1.domain.tld, domain.tld, mail.domain.tld and ns2.domain.tld. And they have matching cnames. The hcpportal.co.za however is registered via godaddy, doesn't point to any hosting hence the "is parked free..." and as such no ssl certificate is assigned.

Setting up an A record with an empty host or @ is not required, that's just 1 way of doing it.

But it looks like this caused the issue. At this moment the website works ok (with 1 record).
