Hello, I am interested in what to suggest, and I would like to know if it is possible to make a site only in HTML and CSS, and then recover the HTML and CSS code?

Thanks for your interest in Nicepage!
You can export your website to HTML (it is available in the Free Starter Pack in Nicepage Desktop) and after that, you will get HTML, CSS, and JS files of your website. However, please note that it is not possible to import an HTML website back to Nicepage. You can import only those websites that were previously exported as Projects.
