Hyperlink to external website not an option

Hello - I used to be able to add a hyperlink to a separate website and now I only see "You can link only to published pages." I really need to be able to link to another business website.

How can I do this? I just upgraded my personal plan today.

Highlight the text.
A context box will appear that has a chain link.
Click that.
Use https:// in front of the url.
And check the box to open in a new window.

I've done this countless times and there is no place to enter in the address. It only says it can only link to pages.... DYING this is so frustrating lol! Any other help is appreciated.

Create your text, click the link icon.
The context box that opens gives you the option of where to link to.
