I don't have the Add to Library

I don't have my Nicepage library when I am inside WordPress, but I do have it on my desktop version.
the Nicepage theme version I have is 1.0 and the Nicepage-generated theme is v.4.1.0.
Plugins version 4.2.6, but I have an error saying that the active theme has a version lower than the plugin version. Please update the theme too, but when I go to update the theme, I don't have any option to update it.

Unfortunately, blocks from My Library section are available only in the Desktop App.

From the attached screenshot we can see that you need to update your Theme also, not only the plugin
