Sorry for the delay.
Unfortunately, we don't have this feature yet. We have added it to our wishlist. Alternatively, you can try to insert a custom code in order to implement it. For example: https://www.w3schools.com/w3css/w3css_progressbar.asp
You can add this code to Site Settings ==> CSS.
