Artisteer, Themler, and Nicepage are three different applications and they are paid separately. So, if you want to use the latest versions of Artisteer and Themler you will need to pay for an update license extension.

Indeed there was a proposition when you were able to purchase the bounded package of Artisteer + Themler or receive the extension for the Artisteer updates when purchasing Themler. But all in all those are separate applications.
