The export of e-commerce Templates, as well as adding e-commerce Elements, is available only in the Pro and Ultimate licenses only.
Also please note, you can create them for CMS-based websites only (create pages with WooCommerce in WP and VirtueMart in Joomla https://nicepage.com/premium).
