I have a client that runs two separate Cannabis stores (legal in my Canadian jurisdiction). When the second store was opened, I simply copied website #1's project file into website #2 and that's how I got things started. Now, there is a major overhaul planned, and one page in particular lists all the various brands sold in the stores. What I want to do is create (modify, to be accurate) a brand page on website #1 and save the BLOCK containing all the brand information (the block is a GALLERY with hundreds of photos - each with its own external URL) into my LIBRARY, and then insert the block from the library into my OTHER PROJECT.
My question has to do with whether this will result in the SECOND website adding the images from the block into the WordPress media library. So, I guess what I'm asking is whether the BLOCK DEFINITION - as stored in my library - will contain the information necessary for the images to be fetched from my local computer's storage location.
Thank you for your response, and have a happy new year!
