NicePage Scammers

Here is a screenshot of my version to prove I downloaded 3.3 and I know these moron tech support guys are going to blame it on something I did.

That's version 3.30. Not version 3.3.
It's not the same thing.
In the top right corner of the browser, click on your name, and then available versions.
You need to find the version that was released before your included updates stopped.

How about you just give me a link to the version YOU think works? ALL v.3 was released BEFORE my updates stopped. Even 4.0 was out. It's all the same garbage. Stop pretending like a regular user with 999 posts... scam nicepage account.

This isn't the first time I've complained of this btw, last complaint nicepage crap support just blamed it on me updating which I didn't and never resolved the issue because this is how they force people to buy a whole new license each year.

Yes it is. 3.30 is the same thing as 3.30000. Its however NOT the same thing as 3.03

Now John, first off Merlin isn't a nicepage account. Second, calling anyone scammers (whether justified or not) doesn't help your case. Third, keep in mind that it's a holiday season. Staff deserves some time off too. Lastly, Merlin isn't wrong to a degree. Have you actually gone to https://nicepage.com/User/app/downloads (same place as clicking on your name > available versions). That SHOULD list the ones you can use permanently, if you can't use the image library, then they mave have a bug in the accessing there. As the current premium does state you retain image library access.

I'm not wrong at all, sorry.
The versioning here is different from what might be considered standard.
They go from 3.3 to 3.4 up to 3.10 to 3.20 to 3.30, so 3.3 isn't the same as 3.30.

And John, if version 4.0 was out before your updates expired, then it should work. I would log out and back in first.
I would look in the Available Versions in your account to confirm, like I said in my original post.
Otherwise, you might need to wait for official support.

The latest version that is available for you with Premium features is the 4.0 version. However, you can feel free to download any version that you want.
