Ask a Question

Hi,

just finished my site and trying to upload a WP theme made by Nicepage - but the zip file is larger than 10 MB (10,3 MB)...

I have deleted all not-used images - but still, when I select: Theme, Pages and Editor Plugin - the .zip file size is still the same (10,3 MB).

It seems that WP system on my server doesn't allows to upload WP Themes larger then 10 MB...

Is there a chance to export only: Theme and Pages content (text, images...) - and install Nicepage WP editor later?

If this is not possible - what "workaround" you suggest so I would have the least amount of time working on my site when uploaded to WP?

For instance - if I export only the Theme - I can see that I would have to manually add all the text, images etc - and this is a lot of work...

Thank you in advance for your help!

BR, Sinisa

Hi, Sinisa,

Thanks for being our customer!

You can ask your hosting provider to increase the upload limit. Or you can do it by yourself by opening the php.ini file in the server folder and changing the next parameters:
upload_max_filesize
post_max_size

Is there a chance to export only: Theme and Pages content (text, images...) - and install Nicepage WP editor later?

The Theme can be installed without the plugin and pages. Please check this article: https://nicepage.com/doc/67768/export-and-update-of-wp-theme-from-app
However, the Content (Pages) cannot be installed without the plugin. The plugin is needed for installing and editing the Nicepage pages. Here you can read about the installation of the Content only: https://nicepage.com/doc/67690/export-and-update-of-wp-content-from-app

Please let us know if you need our further help!
