Move responsive view panel to different position

Wishlist

Little tuning of NP editor for better designing of fullwidth header elements. This panel (see screenshot) have fixed position top at full width menu (behind is hamburger mobile menu). Please move this panel at left side at midle of screen window height or any different place where not will be same position with header elements belong. Thank you.
