Also, can I design online or on my desktop or am I limited to only the desktop?

As you have only the Designer App Pack - Ultimate Edition, the Premium features are available for you in Nicepage Desktop and the Nicepage plugin for WordPress and Joomla. For Nicepage Online (CMS export, assigning a custom domain, other Premium features), we have the Web App With Hosting + Designer App Pack license plan which is paid annually, in contrast to the Designer App Pack license. The Web App With Hosting + Designer App Pack license also includes Nicepage Desktop and the plugin.

Could you please clarify your question a bit? In general, you can use the Premium features in Nicepage Desktop and the Nicepage plugin for WordPress and Joomla with your current license. Nicepage Online is without Premium features for you.

I am guessing the app works with all html Wordpress and other systems, correct?

Nicepage can produce static HTML pages and CMS (WordPress and Joomla) themes with content (pages). On the other hand, it is impossible to import premade websites and themes in order to edit them in Nicepage (you can import only those websites that were previously exported as Projects). Concerning CMS, Nicepage supports only WordPress (wordpress.org) and Joomla.
