Image upload static page

I'm looking to see if its possible to make a comment section where a visitor can upload an image and add a description directly to the site. I know how to do this on a dynamic site but can't figure it out on a static site. Is this even possible with a static HTML site??
Having a login page would be a nice touch but I know that is difficult with static pages, but if anyone has some info on either of these I would appreciate the help.

Hi, KJ,

Unfortunately, there's no possibility to add the comment section and the login page to a static HTML page. We have added them to our wishlist.

However, these features are available in WordPress and Joomla. In Nicepage, you can create a theme for these systems, and themes created in Nicepage support the comment section and the login page (for designing it, we implemented the Login Template which is part of the theme).
