Inside the editor, click on any empty space, then select the "Hide Header" and "Hide Footer" options.

There is no possibility to delete it permanently with Nicepage controls.
Please note that after export there are no elements in the Header. If you want you could only manually change the code, but unfortunately we can't support the custom code.
