Ask a Question

Hi Team,
I have built my organization's site using NicePage. We are a not-profit and I'm paying for this via my own funds. I will be asking other users to help me with the updating of the webpage but I don't want them to have any issues with accessing the Nicepage interface since they haven't paid for the pro status.

How can I allow them to edit the pages without them needing to login to Nicepage? As it requires me to login to Nicepage each day when I'm rebuilding the site.

thanks,

Unless you have the free version, you should be able to license the domain itself and thus not have to log in. The other exception might be if you're using the Nicepage hosting which I am unfamiliar with. When you're logged in to the Nicepage.com site, click the down arrow next to your name, select licenses from the drop down menu, and you can click the "Add Domain" button.

Hi,

Other users of your website can be considered as users with free license with all its limitations. In other words, they cannot use the Joomla plugin for editing. But they can use a Desktop application with free version limitations.

Nicepage editor requires login and license (free or paid) for editing pages.

Client licenses are available in the pro and Ultimate licenses. They can be used with the Joomla and WordPress plugins only.

Sincerely,
Olivia
