How to add nicepage extensions or track my development time in nicepage?

There's no such possibility. If Harvest provides an API that you can use to implement it on a Nicepage page, then you can add it by pasting the code to the HTML element in Nicepage.

Okay, so I can only use a the API. Harvest seems to have one.

With HTML, you mean under site settings? Which one, "Meta Tags" or "Additional Head HTML" ?

I just saw you added a picture, but that would be directly on a template?

Would it also work under site settings? As to track all the time and not just 1 page?

The HTML element can be added to individual pages and blocks.

If the instructions say that the code is required to be added to the page HEAD, then it can be added in Site Settings >> Additional HEAD HTML. If the code is required to be added to the page BODY, then it needs to be added to the HTML element.
