I do not see an editor to edit Rich text at least similar to the one enabling the edits of this block. It is getting very difficult to edit a page. Changing one word or line seems to change others too. Am I missing how to get an editor?

Sorry, I do not get the issue completely. Do you mean that you do not see the Rich Text control? It can be found under the Element >> Text >> Rich Text.
If the issue is related to some bug, please provide screenshots showing the problem.

If I want a bulleted list I can change the rich text to a bulleted list but then if I want the first line to be a heading, if I place my cursor on the first line and change to a heading, the entire block changes to a heading.
How do I change for example only the first line to a heading. It seems that an element is either a bulleted list or a heading but not a mixture. Do you really have to add a separate element for headings and bulleted lists?
