I am having difficulties to display a featured article (Joomla 3) with a nicepage template. Is this possible with Nicepage?

Hi Johann,

Do you mean the Joomla featured articles layout or the blog page with the leading article (article in full width)? Unfortunately, the blog layout with the leading article is not supported.
