It depends on what you intend to use Nicepage for.

Do you have your own hosting, and\or want to use WordPress or Joomla with the Nicepage plugins? Then the Designer App Pack will be great https://nicepage.com/premium.

Do you want to design your website and host it with Nicepage, or do you have your domain that you want to assign to Nicepage? Then the Hosting Plan will be great https://nicepage.com/hosting.

As for the licenses themselves, you need to visit the premium page and see all the features that each license provides, then make a decision on which plan and license fit your needs.

Alright. Now we getting closer to the information I need.
What I want is a great tool to design websites and host it using my host service (arvixe). Meaning, I have a hosting contract and also do owe the domains for my websites.
I just need a tool to re-design my sites and upload it from that design tool to my hosting.

If that works with one of the premium designer app pack with a lifetime license, I would prefer it.
Important is that I also can use the nicepage app to upload the design or at least downlaod the files to my computer and upload it with a ftp client.

If you already have your hosting, the Desktop version/designer app pack will allow you to design sites, and you can export them to your computer and upload them to your host.
I would recommend you check the box to include the Project files so you have an off site backup.
