Ask a Question

Good morning I have pictures like quest attached,
https://www.dropbox.com/s/rjawdx1l6fudvl1/Collage%20completo%20Post%20-01.jpg?dl=0
the resolution is good, I have done numerous tests, but in all the programs the images have an adequate resolution, but importing them into NicePage they look grainy and the texts are not legible.

I also tried in SVG format, but the file would be too heavy 250mgb.
I don't see any answers to this problem in the forum.
Thank you

I use images 1600px long end 72dpi and they look fine.
Try jpg or png format.

Hello Danio,

The size of the photo should not exceed the width of the block in which the image will be located.

Pictures are resized if the file size is more than 256 kB, AND the size (at least one axis) is more than 1600 px. Nicepage resizes the bigger axis to 1600px.
In your case, the issue is with the uploaded file width that is 3201px, which is resized to 633px for one axis.
Therefore, the width is narrow, and you try to stretch it to a width of 1200 px. As the result the image is blurry.

Please use Photoshop to optimize the initial high-quality image of the collage to the width of 1600px max, in JPG format, and check with the desktop application once again.

Let us know the result, please.
