Webpage not responsive in split window

Hi,

I have an error on google chrome when uploading my webpage. The website does not act responsive when i split the page in windows. I tried shrinking the web page manually but it doesn't seem to be working worng, only when i use the split window option.

Also, i notice that the errror doesn't occur when i set the Google Chrome zoom level to 90% or below.

Please, help me with this.

I also notice, that only 100% zoom is the problem with responsive, because i tried with 90, 100 and 110% and only the 100% presents the problem.

Unfortunately, we couldn't recreate the same trouble.
On our side, everything displays correctly.
Please let us know does the problem persist after clearing the browser cache and refreshing the page?
