Question about page layout when resizing

I deployed a page with nicepages. It looks okay when the browser window is stretched but elements don't line up nice when resized. I did not see any options to fix location of elements or fix page size during resizing.

In the builder, at the top, are the devices.
Left/desktop to right/mobile.
Adjustments need to be made left to right.
