Is there a way to add a pattern image behind a transparent background

Not that I've seen. You may have to use custom CSS for that.

Hi,
Thank you for your interest in Nicepage!

You can add a background image to a block, then add a shape to cover the background and set the transparency of the shape to the percentage you like.

I misunderstood the OP. I thought he was asking if he could use an image and have it repeat in a pattern as a background.
