You can integrate with API and the button made of PayPal, but you Need a business account. Moreover for integrate other gateway (and PayPal, too) payment Just install woocommerce and more stuff like stripe gateway integration and so on..

i know already that you mean www.paypal.com/buttons but this is not so good changing page it's time the customer will press buy now or add to cart it will change the webpage or it will open in a new page

Do you mean like with WooCommerce and VirtueMart? If yes, unfortunately, there's no such possibility in Nicepage. Maybe you will be able to find some WooCommerce or VirtueMart addons that implement PayPal features.
