error 500 Wordpress when upload page files

when I import files, some time after, throw error 500, internal server error. retry and retry and the same error. checking the forum i see a posible solution, increment some values in php.ini, but the problem persist

Please also check the security settings of your server, for example, the ModSecurity module. We recommend you to contact your hosting provider concerning this issue.
