But it's still the online installer and not the offline executable or msi file..

Those are downloaded files for local use.
What error are you seeing?
Typically, the size for the offline installer is around 80mb... But this is less than 1mb.. Which means, would require me to still download again after getting this.

Unfortunately, we do not odder the full installation package for download at this time. Nicepage installer downloads all required files from our server.
