Unfortunately, it is not possible to do that in Nicepage. The only thing you can do is to enable Sticky on Scroll for the Header, activate the Shadow, and display the border of the Header (in this case, the border will be displayed on the entire Header, not only the bottom).

You can try to add a custom code via the Edit CSS feature.
Is it possible to make a copy of the menu and put in the main block as a vertical menu?
Unfortunately, vertical menus are not supported in Nicepage. The only thing you can do is to add Hyperlinks and place them vertically.
