Hello Ray,

There is no built-in function to export content from Joomla as a CMS. Nicepage pages are related in the same way as Joomla native articles.
You can export content only with an additional Joomla extension/component, please have a look - https://extensions.joomla.org/category/migration-a-conversion/ or here https://rolandd.com/documentation/ro-csvi/joomla-content/joomla-content-export

Let us know if you have any other questions.

This answer is not helpul.
I'm in the process of transfering some content from one site to another one that was not made with the nicepage desktop application.
In Worpress or in Joomla the 'normal' content can be exported with the help of some plugins.
But, if a page has been made with nicepage, some specific content is put elsewhere in the database that these plugins are not taking into account.
It is neccessary for nicepage to prepare two plugins to export and import nicepage content from/to Joomla and from/to Wordpress, and from Joomla or Wordpress to the nicepage desktop application.

Sorry to say, but NicePage does not play well with CMS, either Joomla or WordPress.

I see that it is good for static websites, and that's about it. In a CMS, being a plugin, it handles page creation in its own interface. So, inevitably it turns off all the SEO options that the built in into the CMS. I could not get any 3rd party plugins to work along with it such as "Google Structured Data". You can still make good looking websites though, but what's the point of doing it over a CMS when the core advantage of using a CMS is lost.

Artisteer was excellent. I expected NicePage to do the same, it does not and Themler does not either.

Artisteer cannot export to Joomla 4.0. I tested that 3.x templates generated by Artisteer do not work with J4. So that leaves the entire product lineup in no-mans land as far as Joomla CMS is concerned.

Team, if you can, please revive Artisteer. As a template generator, it is the right product for a any CMS.

Thanks

Hi Ray,

If you need to transfer one site to another, then you need to use some extensions for the site content migration, they should move the database with the Nicepage articles as well and then you would need to install Nicepage plug-in on that new site to be able to view the content.
