Nice page is insisting me to have hosting while i have selected my theme. i already have hosting plan with my own company. why are you forcing me to host with you.

There is no trap.
You have the Desktop version.
The desktop version and online versions are completely different products.
The online version includes hosting and has its own license.
It was expected that when we are buying a license you will give desktop and online version. the trap is that these are two different products and has own license.
The other trap is that you have given lifetime license but updates are allowed for one year only. what is the use of lifetime licence when things will work for one year.

Again, you are misunderstanding.
At one year when the included updates stop, you can use that version indefinitely.
Nothing stops working.

Let me explain. We have two different options: the Designer App Pack with the desktop application and WP and Joomla plug-ins. And the Hosting subscription that allows also to use the online builder and host the theme on our hosting.
You have purchased the first option, but have tried to use the online builder that is not included in this license. I suggest you to export the theme as a Project from the online editor, import it into the desktop application and then export in the desired format to upload to your hosting.
As for the lifetime license, the license allows you to use the application forever, but the purchase includes only one year of free updates and after this year expires you can continue to use the current version you have as long as you wish.
