I have nicepage installed as a plugin on my wordpress site and have created pages using nicepage.
Is there a way to export those pages from y website and upload them on my VM running wordpress ?

Never mind, I found export blocks from my site nicepage plugin and import them into the desktop application and visa versa. This works great.
